As per the guidelines of the UGC (Redressal of Grievances of Students) Regulations, 2023, Oxford Business College has constituted a Student Grievance Redressal Cell (SGRC) to address genuine problems and complaints of students. The college administration ensures a secure and contented academic environment and provides a structured mechanism for resolving academic, administrative, and personal grievances.
Redressal & Commitment
Any student with a genuine grievance may approach the coordinators directly or submit a written complaint in the SGRC box. Complaints may also be sent through official email channels. The identity of the complainant will be kept strictly confidential.
Oxford Business College ensures that grievances are addressed within the prescribed time frame. Immediate action will be taken in cases of alleged discrimination, harassment, or victimization if found genuine.
