Internal Complaint Committee (ICC)
Oxford Business College is committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive academic environment for all students, faculty members, and staff. In accordance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, the college has constituted an Internal Complaint Committee (ICC).
Complaint Redressal & Commitment
Any student, faculty member, or staff who feels aggrieved may submit a complaint to the ICC through official communication channels as notified by the college. The identity of the complainant will be kept strictly confidential throughout the process.
Oxford Business College follows a zero-tolerance policy towards sexual harassment and ensures that every complaint is addressed with dignity, fairness, and sensitivity. All members of the college community are encouraged to report incidents without fear of retaliation.
