This policy applies to all students seeking withdrawal or cancellation of admission from any program offered by the institution.

Fraud / Ineligibility Clause
If a student is found to have concealed or suppressed any information, submitted false documents, used fraudulent means for admission, or failed to satisfy eligibility criteria after provisional admission, the admission shall be cancelled and disciplinary action may be taken. In such cases, no refund of any fees shall be applicable under any circumstances.
3. Refund Procedure

Refunds will be processed only in Indian Rupees (INR).
Refunds, if approved, shall be made without any interest.
No claim for interest on deposited fees shall be entertained.
4. Other Conditions
Other refund-related conditions shall be governed by the rules and regulations of Oxford Business College and may be updated from time to time as per institutional or regulatory guidelines.
